Thomas Friedman, one of our most influential columnists, analyzes current challenges we face - globalization, the revolution in information technology, the nation’s chronic deficits and its pattern of energy consumption - and spells out what we need to do now to rediscover America and rise to this moment.

 Tom Friedman, considered one of America's Best Leaders by US News & World Report, is the winner of three Pulitzer Prizes. He has covered monumental stories from around the globe for The New York Times since 1981.

FRIENDS members can attend for $ 5.00.The General Public can attend for $10.00.

Live from NY's 92nd Street (92YLive) is a live, satellite-broadcasted event, that allows people all over the nation to access the Y's cultural and educational programs.
